The counsellor is fully trained and qualified and specialises in stroke and brain injury.  As a Registered Practitioner of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy she is bound by its Code of Ethics and Practice for Counselling and Psychotherapy and is subject to its complaints procedure.
